Wood pellet quotation requests

For a feasibility review or quotation discussion, use the wood pellet RFQ form. Include your company, buyer type or application, target specification, required quantity, packaging, delivery term and named place, destination, timing, inspection plan, payment expectations, and exact document requirements.

The RFQ form is the preferred route for commercial requirements because it keeps the specification, logistics, and source attribution together.

Existing commercial discussions

If you are following up on an existing discussion, include your company name, previous email subject or reference, product requirement, and the open question. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive credentials through the website form.

Order-specific files

YLight does not publish certification files on the website. Any applicable order-specific files are handled only after an order is formally confirmed. If your policy requires a particular document before that point, identify the exact file, issuer, scope, and timing in the RFQ so the conflict can be reviewed before quotation. This does not promise earlier provision.

Submitting the contact form or RFQ starts a communication only. It does not create an order, reserve capacity, confirm availability, issue a binding quotation, or request payment.
